Blue was the last of the Mundane Colors. It is calm and orderly where Green is unpredictable. Blue created cycles and order. It tends toward sharp edges or perfect curves. With Blue came balance and the possibility for life. Blue creatures are typically very intelligent. They learn for the sake of knowledge, and support regulated and efficient governments.

As a bonus action, spend 1 Blue color point and choose one language that you can currently hear being spoken or see writing of. For 1 minute, you can understand, read, write, and speak this language.

Color Seeing

As a bonus action, spend 2 Blue color points to discern the Color spread and Color composition of a single creature. If the creature does not have Purple in their Color composition, this power fails and the points are still spent.

Iron Mind

Before you make an Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma saving throw, you can spend 5 Blue color points to choose to automatically save. Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest to use it again.

Improved Color Spray

When you cast color spray, you can spend 10 Blue color points to augment the spell so that it no longer requires concentration, and the object can fill up to a 10-foot square.
